Spacious, well-appointed modern rooms A good breakfast, particularly as compared to other hotels we've stayed in Morocco. The only minus is no a/c anywhere in the hotel. They say it is because of the winds. But our room was hot, even after dinner and with a fan going. Laundry came back same day. Cash for payment was required.

Pictured is the breakfast which I read reviews but saw no pictures so here they are.. breakfast is served until 1030am I was told so I had plenty of time to eat arrivingbat 10am

Clean rooms and beds, our room was not on the roadside so it was very quiet, but there was an awful smell in the room… we don’t know if it came from outside or from sewers, but there was nothing to be done. Breakfast had a decent variety, no eggs, lots of sweets. Very Close to the beach and old town center.

Right on the beach. Great access, simply walk across the road :) The pool was great and the rooms are well set up.

Mainly due to the lovely staff they do everything to make your staff enjoyable . They work very hard, get no perks, and are always smiling. Please tip them generously if you can afford its they are paid very little,I've been coming here for many years . Heed all the positive comments from other reviewers and ignore negative ones. Breakfast isn't great though they've added some fruit. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Receptionists Amina, Adil and Hafid are amazing. Without them, the hotel would be lost. The waiters are adorable. Cleaners work so hard, please remember them. The owner is ever present but you may not recognize him as the owner. If you speak Arabic, please impress upon him the value of his staff. They are definitely not appreciated by him . I doubt if these reviews are read by him or the manager.

Lobby, pool and dining room were very nice. The room was quite small and dated. Did not like the bathroom at all. Didn't find it clean. The bed was only partially made. Had to call down for sheets. The hallway had an unpleasant smell in the old carpet. On the other hand the staff was very nice and responsive. The breakfast that was included was very nice.

Good location. Nice balcony with sea views. But that's about it. Big old rooms. Shower broken. Breakfast very unhealthy without anything fresh apart from some diluted orange juice. Amazingly high price for what it is.

A part from it's nice location next to the beach and close to the old Medina amd it's nice service. This hotel has limited and boring bland food. The spa is only available for women. The pool is freezing it's almost impossible to swim in it. There is no animation. We had to wait for like 10 minutes to have a hot shower.
